How to delete

1. Sign in, in the app or on the website, with the same login details.
2. Creators: Profile → ☰ → Settings → "מחיקת החשבון" (Delete account). Businesses: More → Settings → "מחיקת החשבון" (Delete account), the business owner only.
3. Confirm.

A creator deletes her own profile. A business account can be deleted only by its owner. Someone with both a creator profile and a business deletes each one separately.

30 days to change your mind

The account is frozen at once: it is no longer shown to anyone, and no new connections can be opened. After 30 days it is deleted for good. Signing in within those 30 days offers to restore it, with its credits and history. Connections cancelled by the deletion do not come back.

Open connections

Open connections are cancelled, and the other side is notified. A creator who already received a product keeps it and does not have to film. When a business deletes its account, a credit charged for a cancelled connection returns to its balance. A connection whose video is already waiting for the business's approval is closed as completed, and the business keeps the video.

What is deleted

After 30 days we delete the profile and contact details: name, phone, email, address, date of birth and profile photo. We also delete the portfolio and intro video, the login, the emails and WhatsApp messages we sent, push notification registrations and app usage data. For a business account we also delete the business details and its team members' access to it.

What is kept

Invoices and records of payments and credits are kept for 7 years, for accounting and tax purposes. Videos already delivered to a business stay with that business, under the license in the terms.

Can't sign in?

You can ask for deletion by email. Write to us from the address registered on the account, and we will handle the deletion.
